nadi, а что плохого в том, что дизайн в подъездах будет разный? По-моему, это даже интересно)) И по поводу первой очереди не поняла, на сайте ПК висят квартиры в продаже))

Я так поняла, что проданы все квартиры в домах, сдача которых состоится до конца 2014 года. Т.е дома с 1 по 6.
