На первой фотографии один светильник уже не горит.

Это мелочь, главное, квартиры получить.

Я все-таки никогда не пойму, почему 20-й дом из всех этих раньше всех начал строиться и находится в самом худшем состоянии! Застройщик же один и тот же! В чем проблема?? Почему более поздние дома строятся быстрее????????????? В 20-м даже не все этажи еще закончены, не говоря уже об облицовке и т.п.
